Los Angeles Community College District Bond Program Executive ($15B) - executive leadership responsibility for this 20 + year, $15B nine (9) Community College Campus Building & Infrastructure Municipal Bond Program. The Program Management Staff included more than 500 field and office staff including dedicated consultants, partners, subcontractors and contract employees. Typically, across the 9 campuses, as many as 100 active projects were underway including; a) new building construction and/or existing facility renovation, b) energy, utility, water and telecommunications systems upgrades/modifications/relocations, c) Transit systems appurtenances including bus stops, light rail and subway related interconnections, and d) project and monthly reporting/review/approvals to the LACCD Board, Publicly appointed oversight entities and individual campus Presidents/Committees.
Saudi Arabia Ministry of Education/TBC School Program Executive ($30B) -Executive leadership of this 5 + year Saudi Ministry of Education directed, $30B + schools program having a long-term objective of constructing more than 5000 new schools Kingdom-wide; as well as renovation/upgrade of more than 3000 existing education facilities. The project design and construction staffing incorporated a multi-national workforce of more than 350 people across the Kingdom; with regional and project offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar.
Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior Housing Development Program Executive ($20B)– Ministry of Housing project in Saudi Arabia involving construction at 11 sites throughout the Kingdom characterized by: a) Fast-track Design/Build of more than 75,000 precast concrete apartments and villas up to six stories b) Incorporation of all roads, utilities, and associated infrastructure including electrical grid, potable water, wastewater treatment and conveyance, and landscaping and c) Design/Build of neighborhood facilities including mosques, schools, police and civil defense facilities, commercial and retail outlets, and University and Hospital site facilities.
Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade ($2.5B) Executive Director – This massive program/undertaking involved a Five-Year Major Facility Upgrade of the largest Watewater Treatment Plant in the US at that time including the following major elements: a) New Residuals Facility, b) Tank Battery Reconstruction, c) New Control Building Construction, d) Sludge Barging Facility construction and e) Major Renovation and Upgrading of the Main Control Building
Inner Harbor Navigation Canal Flood Protection System Project Executive Advisor ($2.5B) – A member of the Executive Review Team associated with the Design Build of the Lake Borgne Surge Barrier in response to Hurricane Katrina. At that time it was the largest Design Build Project completed by the US Army Corps of Engineers; and included a two-mile concrete Barrier wall approximately 38 ft above Mean Sea Level (MSL) using a combination of: a) 94-ton vertical concrete piles, b) 248 ft. long Steel Batter piles, and c) a combination of precast and concrete caps. The Barrier System also contained a 500-ton Sector and bypass barge control gate, as well as a 150 ft wide Navigation Lift Gate at Bayou Bienvenue.

Design Build of SR91 ($870M) from Riverside to Anaheim including 15 Miles of New Toll lanes and modification/new construction of 33 Bridge Structures associated with entrance/exit ramps and overpasses.
