The organization was successful in securing more than $500MM of government contracts from the US Air Force for Force Protection Infrastructure Upgrades at 10 installations nationwide; and multi-phase single family housing contracts for more than 2500 units in the West, Midwest and Southeast.
- Key executive in the acquisition and integration of RCI Construction; a Northwest and Pacific based Heavy Civil Contractor with annual revenues of greater than $300MM, more than 1200 employees, and more than 750 pieces of construction equipment with a replacement value of $75MM. Led the organizational Operations and Business Development functions including estimating and project bidding activities, monthly project reviews and financial reporting, organizational restructuring and market segment sales development; and claims and dispute resolution of myriad legacy projects.
- Key executive in the transition and integration of 3DI, a 500 person Architectural, Engineering and Construction Management firm after acquisition. - Initiated startup of specialty general contracting firm including formal business planning, securing equity and debt financing, establishing insurance and bonding, and providing organizational/management direction.

- Developed financial closure of ongoing and historic contracts with myriad legal, accounting, and project operations challenges.

- Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reduction from 140 Days to 75 Days.
- Improved results were a combination of: team building with existing staff, market and client relationship focus, delivery system improvements and emphasis on financial performance, and adding key management staff.
Key Canonie Environmental Services Corp Executive Officer in IPO, Secondary Offering, and Majority Outside Control Sale
- Key Executive Officer in the development of the Corporate Prospectus and associated “road show” for the Initial Public Offering of Canonie Environmental Services Corporation.
- Served as the President & CEO of the Public Company for a period of 4 years, as well as on the Board of Directors for both the public company and two subsidiary companies established thru key partnerships with General Atomics of San Diego, and UMA Engineering LTD of Canada. The subsidiary organizations were respectively specifically directed at developing, applying technology transfer, and executing remedial programs in the Nuclear and Petroleum related market segments.
- Led the transition from a non-majority public company to a majority held firm after the purchase by W. R. Grace. Elected to resign as President to attend full time MBA program at Northwestern's Kellogg School.
Successful Regional Office Development Prelude to Canonie IPO
- Led the rapid organic growth of Canonie Environmental Services Corp from a one office startup in Porter, Indiana to a Nationwide, First Class Environmental Services organization over a five-year period including offices in Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
- Responsible for strategic business planning, identifying and acquiring key middle and senior management personnel, and penetrating regional markets as well as establishing National Accounts with myriad Fortune 500 clients including General Electric, Xerox, Monsanto, FMC Corporation, Lockheed Martin, TRW among others.
- Also a key participant in the licensing and patenting of several award-winning remediation technologies including Low Temperature Thermal Adsorption (LTTA), Thermal Desorption via the Taciuk Technology Transfer, and High-Volume Vacuum Extraction.
